Frank manages our Construction Division and is responsible for overseeing the management of new construction projects, supervising all fieldwork, and ensuring the highest level of expertise and productivity. He is actively involved in project management, pre-construction conceptual pricing, design-build/design-assist work, bidding and contract negotiations, and he is our resource for interpreting UBC, UFC, State and local codes and AHJ requirements as well. Frank has his Washington State Electrical Administrator’s License, is NICET lll certified and has over 28 years experience in this industry. frankb@ssscorp.com |
